I love and admire many styles. Some of the styles I play live are Spanish, Blues, Country, and other folk styles. 

I began playing guitar when I was 12 years old, initially falling in love with the sounds of 80’s guitar heroes (Van Halen, Randy Rhoades, various hair metal bands) and was hooked on the electric guitar when I heard the opening riff to Iron Maiden’s “Wasted Years”. Since then, I’ve expanded my musical tastes, and have spent time studying, informally, the jazz, classical and flamenco greats. By ‘studying’ I mean listening to their albums over and over.
